Welcome to the Pixelcut API, provided by Pixelcut, Inc, a Delaware corporation (”Pixelcut”). These API Terms and Conditions are an agreement between Pixelcut and you (“Customer”) that governs Customer’s access to and use of the API Platform as defined below.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Pixelcut API, which includes various image editing features such as Background Removal, Image Upscaler, and Generate Background, Customer agrees to be bound by these API Terms and Conditions. If you are an individual using the Pixelcut API on behalf of an entity, then “Customer” includes you and the entity, and you represent to Pixelcut that (a) you are an authorized representative of the Customer entity with the authority to bind the Customer entity to these API Terms and Conditions, and (b) you agree to these API Terms and Conditions on the entity’s behalf.

Definitions

As used herein, the following Capitalized terms shall carry the indicated meanings and other capitalized terms shall have the meaning set forth for such term elsewhere in the Agreement:

• “API Documentation” means Pixelcut’s proprietary API integration platform intended to allow software applications to process and edit images.
• “API Key” means a credential provided by Pixelcut to Customer to provide access to API Platform.
• “API Platform” means Pixelcut’s proprietary API integration platform intended to allow software applications to process and edit images.
• “Call” means any request sent by the Customer to the API Platform to process an image or return a result.
• “Call Metadata” means information collected and generated by the API Platform during the processing of the request such as timestamps, IP addresses, logs, and metadata about Customer Content included in a Call such as but not limited to file size, dimension.
• “Customer Application” means the Customer’s own software or integration with API Platform.
• “Customer Content” means any images or files provided as part of a request.
• “Output” means any images or outputs produced by the API Platform in response to a Call from a Customer.
