Pixelcut is a popular creative platform, founded by ex-Stanford, Apple, and Google alums, spearheading the next generation of e-commerce content. With over 20M monthly users and tens of millions in revenue, we’re looking for a Head of Growth to take us to the next level. This person is that rare breed who’s both creative and analytical—able to connect media buying and data-driven insights with fresh creative ideas, working side-by-side with designers and editors to turn experiments into profitable growth.
🚀 What you’ll do
- Creative strategy: partner with our in-house creative team to translate performance data into actionable creative concepts that actually scale.
- Creative testing: run high-velocity creative tests and connect insights directly to new concepts that our video editors and designers can run with.
- Own and scale multi-channel UA across Meta, Google (UAC + YouTube), TikTok and Apple Search Ads.
- Instrument and analyze events end-to-end with Mixpanel and our MMP (AppsFlyer).
- Cohort & LTV modeling by geo/channel/creative; drive budgets based on payback and margin targets (ROAS, CPA, CPT, CAC/LTV).
- Unlock new channels and run structured 0→1 experiments (geo expansion, creators/influencers, affiliates, placements).
- Collaborate directly with the founders and a tight, passionate team shipping fast.
🧬 Who you are
- 3+ years in paid UA for mobile apps
- Personally managed $500k+/mo in ad spend
- Creative-minded performance marketer: you know that scaling UA is as much about big creative swings as it is about budgets and bids.
- Attribution & analytics fluency: SKAdNetwork, MMPs (AppsFlyer), Mixpanel dashboards, cohorting, incrementality/geolift basics.
- Experimentation rigor: you design clean tests, know when results are real, and move fast from insight → next test.
- Owner energy: you can set up campaigns, debug events, query dashboards, and present clear recommendations without hand-holding.
