The Role

• As a Backend Engineer at Pixelcut, you’ll be instrumental in building and scaling the infrastructure that powers our AI-driven creative tools for over 20 million of users every month.
• You will design, implement, and optimize robust APIs that support our product features, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure.
• You’ll work closely with frontend engineers, product designers, and AI researchers, to deliver high-performance solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users.
• You will manage and optimize data storage and retrieval, contributing to a seamless and responsive experience for our users.
• You’ll take ownership of backend development from concept through deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, ensuring that our systems are reliable, maintainable, and able to scale with our growth.

Who you are

• You are a skilled Backend Engineer with a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems.
• You’re proficient in Node.js, Python, and Go.
• You have a solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis.
• You have experience working in GCP and are comfortable with Kubernetes.
• You have a strong sense of ownership, are comfortable working independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re excited to bring AI-driven tools to life for millions of users and are motivated by the opportunity to innovate and make a tangible impact.
